🌅 My UA Hotline

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 18, 2026

Please read carefully. My UA Hotline is a reminder aid. It does not replace your own responsibility to comply with your testing requirements, and it is not affiliated with any court, probation department, treatment program, or testing provider.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the My UA Hotline website, mobile app, and services (together, the "Service"), operated by My UA Hotline ("we," "us"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

The Service places an automated daily call to a check-in line you designate, uses your provided ID/PIN and reports back whether that line indicates you are required to test that day, and sends you notifications until you confirm completion — including hourly reminders on test days, an automated reminder phone call late in the day if you haven't confirmed, and (only if you opted in) one text to your chosen backup contact in the final hour. The Service may also provide a directory of testing locations for convenience.

3. No guarantee; you remain responsible

The Service depends on third parties (phone carriers, the check-in line, transcription, push and messaging providers) and on your device and settings, any of which can fail or be delayed. We do not guarantee that every call is placed, that any result is interpreted correctly, or that any message or alert is delivered on time. You are solely and fully responsible for meeting your own testing obligations, including calling your line yourself and reporting for testing. Do not rely on the Service as your only method of compliance.

4. Accurate information

You are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate setup information (check-in number, ID/PIN, color/code, phone number, and time zone) and for keeping your phone powered, in service, and configured to receive alerts. Incorrect information or device settings may cause the Service to fail.

5. Billing

The Service is billed at $10 per month and renews automatically until canceled. You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable, including for partial months. Payments are processed by third-party processors (Stripe and PayPal); we do not store your full card details.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for your own lawful check-ins, with a check-in line and ID you are authorized to use. You may not use the Service to access any line or account without authorization, or in any way that violates the terms of your testing provider or program.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is," and we disclaim all warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any missed test, penalty, violation, or other consequence arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or the Service and will post the updated Terms here. Continued use after changes means you accept them. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: support@myuahotline.com.
